All the. Machines worked great an at an affordable price...by far the best laundry mat In Knoxville...definitely only doing my laundry here from now on. If you want convenient clean and affordable way to do your laundry then come here Also I had a issue with one machines soap dispenser being stopped up from laundry powder that whenever I added my ¼ cup of soap it wasn't able to get to my clothes an the machine was sudising up the whole place and I will say I was definitely panicking at which point I called the number on the office door an was given instructions to leave my name number an address which I did an to my surprise I got a full refund an free wash in the mail in form of a check...such an amazing place for the whole family...another plus side is your not going to have to worry about the whole homeless community stealing all your clothes when you run out of soap an need to run next door to the dollar general to get more...and if your one of the very few people who had a bad experience one time I would recommend that you give it another go an I can almost guarantee that your not going to be disappointed.....thank you for having a wonderful place to be able to wash all your clothes in a great clean environment where I can feel comfortable bringing my kids with me and they'll get some fun out of the cool claw machine.... 20++ out of 10 ** if you haven't been there yet you need to

dryer went out came here to dry clothes. it was 1:50$ for 30 mins and my clothes were done so fast. The dryers are large too so I was able to fit 2 loads of laundry in one dryer. Attendant was very nice. I was there very early so it was nice to have the attendant around felt much safer.
